Eggless chocolate pancakes recipe :)

 Hi!

I have been seeing a lot of people who have been liking chocolate pancakes these days and really want to make their own!! So I decided why not give a recipe for Eggless chocolate pancakes !!

Ingredients:

All-purpose flour

Crushed sugar 

baking soda/baking powder (use any one)

salt

Vegetable oil

Water

Sweetened cocoa powder (if you like bitter add normal unsweetened cocoa powder) you can use hot chocolate powder

Butter

Vanilla essence


Steps:


Step 1: Mix flour and sugar into a large-sized bowl.

Step 2: Add in your baking soda or powder (I'm using powder)

Step 3: Add in your cocoa powder (4 tbsp)

Step 4: Mix all up

Step 5: Take a different bowl and add in water

Step 6: Add in Vegetable oil

Step 7: add in 2tsp vanilla essence

Step 8: mix in both wet and dry ingredients and you will see it formed a light brown batter.

Step 9: Switch on the gas on medium flame and place a pan

Step 10: Put butter on the gas and let melt and quickly pour some batter

Step 11: flip and put in a plate and do this until batter is done

Step 12: Put them all in a stack and pour on some chocolate sauce!!

MMMMM YOUR LOVELY CHOCOLATE PANCAKES ARE READY!!
